Parcel 1 is the northeast field that has 71 +/- acres in total. This parcel lays nearly level and irrigates in 2 directions. This gravity irrigated field sits at the southeast corner of the intersection of County Rd 11 and County Rd H. The soils on this parcel are Mitchell Silt Loam, Dailey and Valent Loams, and all slopes are under 3%.
Parcel 2 is the north field is 80.99 +/- acres that lays west of County Rd 11. This parcel has a slope from west to east and irrigates accordingly. The field is undulating and has some terrain but is still gravity irrigated and productive. The soils are Bridget-Otero Complex, Mitchell Silt Loams, and Epping Silt Loam. The soils are productive.
Parcel 3 is the west most property is 1 mile west of the County Rd 11 and County Rd H intersection and lays south of Country Rd H. The west property is X acres of CRP, and the contract is set to expire in 202X. The CRP offers great wildlife habitat and protection. There is hunting potential on the CRP. Lying east of the CRP is an irrigated farm that will have a new pivot installed in the fall of 2021. This wiper will make irrigating this farm more efficient and add to the overall productivity.
