Richard “Dick” Dawson is a native of Arapahoe, NE where he grew up on a cattle & farm operation in Gosper County. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney (formerly Kearney State College) plus holds a graduate degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Education Administration.  Richard is a hunter, enjoys golf, loves watching grandkids’ activities, and is a avid Husker football & volleyball fan.

Richard's joke is that Barb prefers to live at Johnson Lake with our waterfront home, while Richard communtes long distrance to work in the Nebraska Sandhills region specializing in working cattle ranches and recreational properties.

Richard specializes in farm and ranch real estate sales and has worked almost exclusively in ranch sales in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Kansas for the past 35+ years. Richard has practical experience in production agriculture with a background in purebred Simmental cattle, commercial cow/calf operation, and grain production. Richard’s ranch and farm knowledge, experience, and professional reputation make him a leader in the real estate industry.

Richard is a  member of Realtors Land Institute, Nebraska & National Realtor Associations, Sandhills Cattle Association, Nebraska Cattlemen, and First United Methodist Church. Richard and his wife Barb reside at Johnson Lake, NE, where she is owner/associate broker of AgTeam Land Brokers specializing in year around and weekend lake homes on beautiful Johnson Lake.   Richard and Barb have been married over 50 years and enjoy spending time with their three daughters and seven grandchildren plus rv camping and traveling.

Nick is a graduate of Fort Hays State University and the University of Kansas with a General Science and Medical Technologist degrees.  He was born and raised in the northwest Kansas farming community of Gove, Kansas and after college returned to farming and ranching while also working in the health care industry.  In Nick’s free time he enjoys serving the community on local boards and councils and spending time growing his cow/calf operation, hunting and raising his family with high school sweetheart Dusty.

Nick specializes in farm and ranch real estate sales throughout Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Troy tenBensel Agent/Farm Management NE

Troy tenBensel is a life-long resident of Arapahoe, NE. After graduating from Southeast Community College in Beatrice NE with associate degree in crop/livestock production,  he returned to Arapahoe and began farming with his dad and brother in a row crop, cow/calf and swine production operation. Although he is no longer actively involved with livestock production, the business has evolved into a  multi-generational farming operation that now also includes his brother and nephews.

Troy and his wife Tina have three daughters, Olivia, Joslyn and Anna. Along with attending their daughters’ numerous activities, we all enjoy spending time at the lake in the summer and taking Family vacations in the winter. Troy has also been actively involved in the Arapahoe community as a City Councilman and a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in Arapahoe.

In addition to real esate sales, Troy also is experienced in farm management and farm consulting.

Kelly Gydesen Agent/AuctionTime Equipment Sales/Farm Consultant NE

Kelly was born and raised in Gosper County, Nebraska where he still resides today. Kelly was in production agriculture for 21 years raising corn and soybeans, both irrigated and dryland and a cow/calf operation.  He now is in the retail side of agriculture, from start to finish partnering with the area producers in their decisions, using his 26 years of personal experience and knowledge.

Kelly is experienced in farm management and consulting.

Kelly is actively serving on the district school board and is a trustee for his church.  He has also served on many local boards and organizations along with being members of the state corn,soybean and cattle associations.

Kelly and Carol have 3 grown sons and 4 grandchildren, which is where all their free time gets directed.  Kelly looks forward to working with you in any of your Farm, ranch and residential needs.  

Donald Hlava Agent/Auctioneer NE & SD

Donald is a Nebraska Sandhills native and remains active in his family’s multi-generational ranching operation. He understands and appreciates the rewards and challenges of life on the land.

He obtained degrees in marketing and professional land management from Chadron State College, Chadron NE, and Western Colorado University, Gunnison CO. While working for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Colorado, Donald developed an interest for the oil and gas industry which led to him to further his education in lease acquisition, mineral rights and water law at WCU in Gunnison.

 Prior to joining United Country AgTeam Land Brokers, Donald worked in Arizona lobbying and advocating for the state’s vital mining industry. Donald enjoys fly fishing and trap shooting. 

Donald is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering, Mason City, IA, in 2013.  He will be the lead auctioneer for AgTeam’s live auction land sales.  

Donald resided in Spearfish, South Dakota and specializes in ranches, farms, recreational properties, and country homes & estates.  He is licensed in Nebraska and south Dakota.

Dustin Evans Agent/Ranch Specialist & Consultant. NE

Dustin is an active member of the Grant County, Nebraska, communities of Whitman and Hyannis where he was born and raised.  Growing up on his family ranch, raising high-quality cattle is his lifelong passion.  Dustin and wife, Amy, own and operate a cow-calf operation on a multi-generational ranch near where she was raised south of Whitman.  Their adult children, Triston and Sidney,  enjoy helping and spending time at the home ranch when their jobs allow.  In his spare time, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing with friends and family.

Logan Woodward Agent/Appraiser/Wyoming Supervising Broker NE & WY

Logan graduated from Scottsbluff High School and attended the South Dakota School of Mines, Rapid City, South Dakota, as well as Black Hill State University, Spearfish, South Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Studies. During his time in college, he sold real estate in South Dakota.

He grew up farming in the area on row crop, pivot, and haying operations. Logan enjoys riding side by side in the South Dakota Black Hills with his wife and lake days with his family and friends. Logan is also a leader in his church’s AWANA program.

Ali Larson Broker Associate / South Dakota Sales Manager

I was born and raised in central Wyoming. I graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 2008 and continued my education at Casper College.  In 2009 I moved to the beautiful Black Hills, South Dakota where my husband and I made Sturgis our home. My husband and I own a small ranch East of Sturgis and are blessed with 3 children. For the past 9 years I have been a crop adjuster in western South Dakota.  I have a broad knowledge when it comes to Farms, Ranches, Hunting, and Fishing properties.  My family and I enjoy hunting and fishing as much as possible! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, photography, taking my kids to rodeos, and spending time outdoors! 

Ali is the new AgTeam Land Brokers Sales Manager for South Dakota.  She will be managing the new AgTeam branch office at 1134 Main Street  in Sturgis, South Dakota
 

Barb Dawson Assoc Broker/Business Manager

Barb has always been heavily involved in AgTeam Land Brokers as her husband, Richard Dawson, is owner/broker of United Courtry AgTeam Land Brokers.  Barb works closely with the AgTeam sales team by assisting in all areas of real estate marketing.and real estate closings..   Barb has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years as co-owner and supervising broker with her husband, Richard. They have owned and operated their own real estate agencies since 1978. 

Barb specializes in home and cabin sales at Johnson Lake and nearby Plum Creek Canyon.

Barb and her husband have been full time residents of Johnson Lake, NE for 28 years.  They enjoy all the Johnson Lake activities including boating, golf, eagle watching, etc.  

Barb is active in the Nebraska Realtors Association, member of the Greater Mid-Nebraska Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, and the National Realtors Association. She is also a member of the United Methodist Church, PEO, and has been an active member of various other organizations and boards. Gladys was born and raised in California. Gladys is bilingual being fluent in Spanish which provides a great service to AgTeam's agents and clients.  Gladys oversees all real estate  transactions from property listing to sale closing.  She graduated from Wasco high School and got certified in computer applications. She moved to Dalhart Texas in 2013 were she started working for Hilmar Cheese company as a Central Receiving Clerk for 6 years. Gladys is married to her husband Matthew Skalsky and are blessed with 4 children. They moved to Nebraska in 2020 and started working with United Country Ag Team Land brokers ever since as Office Manager and also she is a licensed sales person.  Gladys and her family enjoy to travel, hunt, and cook together. 

Pamela Trampe Sales Associate, Residential & Lake Specialist

I'm excited to join such a prestigous group here in Nebraska!  Born and raised in central Nebraska. Married 44 years to my high school sweetheart, Rick Trampe. Rick has been a career insurance agent with Farm Bureau Insurance for 39 years, recently retired.  We have raised 3 daughters who are now married and we get to enjoy 5 grandchildren, all within a half hour drive.  My husband and I had lived in South Georgia for a short while and several years in the front range of Fort Collins Colorado and Parachute and Glenwood Springs Colorado area.  We moved back to Nebraska to be closer to family. We enjoy living in the country,south of town, between Johnson Lake and Lexington with our 110 pound fur baby lap dog, Stella.   As far as Real Estate, I just enjoy people!  My career in Real Estate these past several years has given me a chance to work with some awesome people and have I have developed friendships with so many of my clients.  My slogan in real estate is "Where Dreams Come Home", because besides being the single most largest purchase for people, home ownership is truly a dream!
