LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  SW1/4, Section 28, T-3-N, R-13-W, Franklin County, State of Nebraska.  163.94 deeded acres.

LOCATION:  From Franklin go approximately 8 miles east on highway 136, then north approximately 7.5 miles on County Road 40 to the intersection with County Road O.  The farm is in the southeast quadrant of the intersection.  Franklin is 49 miles south of Kearney, NE.
